Mel will lead you through how to make your own wreath from scratch using the best local & seasonal flora sourced from New Covent Garden Flower Market.

Sink into stillness and sanctuary as we gather for a Seasonal Sound Bath Social - a nourishing evening to unwind, connect and celebrate the closing of the year.
You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, angelic vocals, chimes and other healing instruments, designed to help you release the energy of the year gone by and attune to the peaceful rhythm of the winter season.
After the Sound Bath, stay awhile for a cosy festive social, complete with mulled wine and gentle conversation - an opportunity to share warmth, laughter, and community as we move to the lights return.
